As our anniversary is upon us, I’d like to both thank everyone for coming, joining, bringing friends and neighbors, and making the guild successful. Soon there will be a changing of the guard, and in an effort to continue to run smoothly, more heads, hands & hearts are needed to that end. Please see your by-laws for details (they are posted in our Yahoo files), and note that some of the following responsibilities require assistants or co-chairs, which will be listed in the next newsletter:
- President – Responsible for chairing Guild and board meetings and monitoring all Guild activities
- First Vice President – Responsible for membership and guest attendance records
- Second Vice President – Responsible for monthly education
- Recording Secretary – To be present at board and/or special meetings for recording/distributing minutes
- Corresponding Secretary – To draft/send letters and coordinate w/other officers/chairpersons in mailings/distributions, maintain & upgrade website
- Treasurer – To monitor/approve/reimburse all guild related expenses, providing detailed reports monthly
