NYC Crochet Guild - We're in Print!

The December 2003 issue of Crochet Fantasy has a wonderful write up of Chain Link, which several of us attended. Towards the end of the article, our 2nd VP, Mary DuBois has a whole paragraph telling how much she enjoyed and learned at Chain Link. Congrats, Mary!

“Just how easy is it to crochet? Ask the editors at Parent’s Magazine. CYCA staff, with the help of members of the New York chapter of the Crochet Guild of America, spent a lunch hour at Parent’s teaching editors how to crochet. The completed crocheted squares were later joined to make a beautiful patchwork blanket for the magazine’s art director, who recently had a baby”

It goes on to say that there was a three-page article on how to make a baby blanket in the October Parent’s.
FIBERARTS magazine has a comprehensive half-page review of Chain Link in the current issue. This may not seem like much, but keep in mind that this is a quilting magazine. Crochet is getting there!!!
