NYC Crochet Guild
Since the launch of the crochet guild website a year ago, we've had over 48,000 unique visitors stop by, viewing 125,000 pages. Almost every article that has been in the newsletter during that time is up on the site, as well as meeting schedules, yarn store listings and reviews, and
some pictures and videos of our members. If you don't have the newsletter handy, the web site is an easy reference to upcoming guild events and meetings.
Currently, over 7000 unique users visit the site each month, and that number has been steadily increasing since the site was started. Surprisingly, almost 50% of the visitors to the site enter it through the "Yarn Stores" page, while only 25% do so through home page. Almost all of these users are finding out about our site through a search engine - for example if you Google for "Yarn Store", we're in the top 10 sites in the world (!), in the top 5 for "New York yarn stores", and #1 for "New York crochet".
