Un-Silent Auction

Have you ever seen work by a fellow Guild member and thought, "Gee, I wish I had that scarf!" or "ohh, that baby blanket - I want that!" Well, now you can! Welcome one and all to the Guild's first Un-Silent Auction! You and your fellow crocheters will be eligible to bid on crocheted items (and maybe a few other items as well), just in time for the holidays, when you're too busy to make all those gifts yourself. In order to make this happen, we will need you to bring 2 things: 1) any handmade items, to be auctioned off, and 2) your good cheer and your wallets! That's all! So if you have just one too many scarves, baby blankets, hats, sweaters, etc, made but never given away, or items you are making now, now is your chance to have them put to good use. Other people could be appreciating them and the money raised will help the Guild, who always helps our crocheters! So mark your calendars for the Un-Silent Auction in November.
