Crocheted Flowers with Arlene Mintzer

Please come and join me for the day and make your own beautiful zinnia flower pin. The color choices are endless! The base of the pin is crocheted first and then the real fun begins, when you start adding the petals and perhaps a few beaded flourishes at the end.

You can even decorate the backing if you like.

My flowers are approximately 2.5” x 3.5” in diameter. They can be worn by themselves or perhaps you want to decorate a hat or another project.

Skill level: Participants must be intermediate crocheters. You must have excellent basic skills, know how to read a pattern and like working with fine weight yarns and small hooks.

This workshop will take place on April 30 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Cost is $55 for guild members and $65 for guests. Register at the April meeting.
