Swirls, Twirls, and Spirals Workshop

NYCCG member Barbara Hillery will teach a new workshop called Swirls, Twirls and Spirals on March 19th. Make your colors spin! People are fascinated by colors that swirl around each other. Learn to choose colors that work well together and to use yarns that will blend into a cohesive unit. We will cover three different techniques for creating eddies of color and then see how they can be made into items like hats and bags—or just decorative free-form hangings. Although aimed at freeform crochet, you will learn how these techniques can also be used in items like hats and bags.
